The goal of our Case Management team is to minimize costs, control claims reserves and direct medical costs toward functionality and employability of injured employees. Our team consists of licensed case managers and registered nurses who have extensive clinical experience, training and certification in medical and vocational rehabilitation. In many cases, workers' compensation claims require more than just medical treatment. Our medical case managers will partner with physicians in planning and expediting care to get the injured employee back on the job or working at the optimal level allowed by their disability. They will personally visit with injured employees, their families and physicians to facilitate appropriate, ongoing quality care and community resources.

For long-term, catastrophic injuries, our medical case managers assess, plan, implement, coordinate, monitor and evaluate options and services for the best possible medical treatment. Managers will direct injured employees' families to community resources to help them find adequate support services. They will also design and implement Life Care Plans to estimate claim reserves for the long-erm, high dollar claims.

Our network of registered nurses can respond to needs anywhere in the United States. To learn more about how our team can work for you, contact Sally Swensen at (866) 480-2843.
